 Terms and conditions for the supply of goods through the RAEMI website (www.raemi.com) Lianni Ltd. Registered number 12655288.

RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to offer a refund within 14 days of receipt. Goods purchased online must be returned to us in a new and unused condition and in their original RAEMI packaging in order for us to process a refund. 
Closing Sale All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges during this period.
Sale We do not accept returns on sale items (including flash/limited time promotions).
Gift Sets We only accept returns on the complete gift set. Please note, we are unable to accept returns on any earrings.
Proof of Purchase We are unable to offer a return on items without a proof of purchase. 
Earrings We do accept refunds on ear cuffs, however, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any other earrings unless faulty. 
Error No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer. 
Instructions Please contact customerservice@raemi.com with your order number to notify us of your return.
Once received, returned items will undergo a full quality control check. We aim to process all returned orders within 30 working days provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were delivered to you. 
All refunds will be credited to the original credit or debit card. 
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products. Any damage to packaging in transit is not included as a fault. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns and exchanges.
GUARANTEE
Please contact customerservice@raemi.com within 14 days of receipt to notify us of any damage or faults in the jewellery. In the unlikely event that a piece is deemed faulty, we will replace it upon its return. Should the item no longer be in stock, we offer a full credit against your next order. If items have been mistreated or damaged these cannot be replaced or credited, as we are unable to assume responsibility for any damages the jewellery may incur if cared for otherwise than the stated on our website and care card. 
GIFT WRAPPING
If you add gift wrapping to your order, all of the pieces in your order will be sent gift wrapped. Please contact customerservice@raemi.com if you have any questions about our gift wrapping.
PRICING
All prices on the RAEMI website are shown in your local currency and are automatically calculated based on the exchange rate at the time of processing your transaction. UK VAT will be included at checkout for items delivered to non UK customers.
If you are having goods delivered outside of the UK, you will be liable to pay any applicable local taxes. As customs vary from country to country, we would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order. 
Please note that prices listed on the site or in any printed publications are correct at the time of publication and we reserve the right to amend these without prior notification.

Due to a high volume of orders and managing our close, shipping delays may occur. We endeavour to process and ship your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

International Shipping Update - after inputting your address in the checkout process, your cart will now automatically reflect the cost of shipping, taxes and duties. We will file and pre-pay all international shipping costs so your order will get to you seamlessly with no unforeseen costs. 
Our delivery timings and charges are set out above. We will deliver the goods to the delivery address provided at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is someone to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used. RAEMI insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. RAEMI is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Copying and use of the above listed materials to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited without permission. The content of this site is for personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own site.

From time to time, RAEMI will offer discount codes on raemi.com.
Please note that the below terms apply:
  • During the promotional period only, the code is valid for a maximum of one full price transaction per customer. 
  • The discount does not apply to shipping charges. 
  • Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 
  • Collection-specific discount codes can only be applied to pieces within that particular collection on the site. 
  • Codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
  • RAEMI reserves the right to (i) cancel an offer at any time (ii) refuse to allow any individual to participate in the offer (iii) amend these terms and conditions.
