Materials, Care & Sizing

WEAR
Our jewellery doesn’t like swimming, showering or washing up. We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals like perfume or lotions as these can tarnish your pieces. If you are purchasing an item with a stone, please wear with extra care. We do not repair jewellery and if a setting is damaged, causing a stone to fall out, we cannot replace this. Settings can be damaged by; any applied pressure, hitting a hard surface inadvertently or catching and snagging on clothing.
CLEAN
To keep your jewellery bright and shiny, polish with a soft, lint-free cloth like cotton or microfibre. Be gentle, jewellery containing gemstones are more fragile, so please take extra care when cleaning.
STORAGE
Safely store your jewellery in a cool dry place like our RAEMI pouches or jewellery boxes. We recommend storing each item separately to avoid scratching and/or tangling.
PRODUCTION
All of our pieces are handcrafted and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown, in particular gemstones which can have slight inclusions. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
METALS
We produce our jewellery in 18ct Gold Plated Vermeil on 925 Sterling Silver and 18ct Gold Plated Brass.
About Vermeil
Vermeil ("ver·may") is a unique blend of high quality, precious metal. Unlike regular gold plating, a thick layer of 18ct gold is layered on top of sterling silver.
STONES
Our pieces are made from crystals, semi-precious gemstones and coloured glass.
RING STANDS
Our rings stands are made from ethically sourced, high-grade natural crystals, no two are ever the same. This is what makes them entirely unique! As such, slight variations in colour and shape may occur.
They are designed to best fit a UK size J to S and in turn, each size will sit slightly differently on the pillar.
RING SIZE GUIDE
You can measure your ring size in a number of ways. We recommend taking an existing ring and measure its diameter across, and then look up the corresponding ring size. Alternatively, you can measure your finger - see a simple how-to guide below.
  • Wrap a narrow strip of paper or piece of string comfortably around your intended ring-wearing finger. It’s worth measuring your knuckle too, so the ring slides on comfortably.
  • Mark the end (where it meets) and measure the distance in mm.
  • Match the measurement to the circumference column in the conversion chart to identify your ring size. If it falls between two sizes, we advise you to order the larger size.
