We are currently recruiting for the following role:

E-Commerce and Communications Manager

As part of our London-based operations team, our E-Commerce and Communications Manager is accountable for the successful fulfilment and timely processing of online orders and returns, whilst assisting with stock control and engaging with customers on emails.
This position's key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Organising and managing the fulfilment team
Accurately packing all online orders in a timely manner to be highly presentable and to RAEMI standards
Performing quality control of goods 
Co-ordinating refunds and returns
Assisting with stock control, guaranteeing all pieces and packaging are accounted for and on hand when required 
Overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of postal and delivery services
Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring consistency and accuracy for all communications
Upholding a superior standard of RAEMI product knowledge
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year experience within an E-Commerce role
Confident user of Shopify
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience working with jewellery and accessory brands desired, but not essential
