Delivery & Returns
COVID-19 Delivery Disruptions - please be aware that shipping timeframes are impacted and orders may face delays due to circumstances out of our control. All couriers we use are working as fast as they can, whilst also ensuring everyone is kept safe. Thank you for your understanding during these challenging times.
Shipping timings are as follows:
UK: 3-5 working days*
Europe: 3-7 working days*
Rest of World: 5-10 workings days*
Domestic Shipping costs are as follows:
UK - £5.00
Rest of World - £25.00
International Shipping Update - we will no longer file and pre-pay international shipping costs. You are responsible for paying all import taxes and duties when your order reaches its destination.
*From time to time orders may be delayed in customs, this is beyond our control and we do our best to make sure everything goes smoothly.
We understand shopping online can be tricky sometimes and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We will happily offer a refund within 14 days of receipt. Goods purchased online must be returned to us in a new and unused condition and in their original RAEMI packaging in order for us to process a refund.
We do not accept returns on sale items (including flash/limited time promotions).
Proof of Purchase
We are unable to offer a return on items without a proof of purchase.
We do accept refunds on ear cuffs. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any other earrings unless faulty.
No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to notify us of your return. Please explain what you are returning and why.
Once received, returned items will undergo a full quality control check. We aim to process all returned orders within 30 working days provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were delivered to you.
All refunds will be credited to the original credit or debit card.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products. Any damage to packaging in transit is not included as a fault. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns.
